The Glória Inn was created exclusively for those who enjoy contemplating nature and its charms. Located next to the Emas National Park , it was fully planned to ensure greater comfort so that our guests can have a great night’s sleep after a wonderful day of adventure and fun in our rich Natural Heritage and surroundings (neighboring farms). In addition to the delicious typical home-cooked regional food that we offer in our rustic kitchen with wood-burning stove, the rooms have a great structure with spacious apartments.

Pousada do Glória received the same name as the stream that runs around it, forming a border with the Emas National Park.

WHY CHOOSE POUSADA DO GLORIA?

• Ideal for birdwatchers, wildlife and nature observers, environmental educators and anyone who wants to relax away from the stress of everyday city life.
• The trails were planned to take advantage of the space that animals often use to walk in the forest.
• Many common and rare animals, some of which are extremely rare, appear in the gallery forest of Córrego Glória.
• The fauna of the gallery forest of Córrego Glória is exuberant and presents traces of the Atlantic forest despite being in the Cerrado.

Questions about Pousada do Gloria

Where does the name come from?

From the stream. Pousada do Gloria takes the same name as the Corrego Gloria, which runs around the property and forms a border with Emas National Park. That position, right next to the park, is what makes it a practical base for early starts into the reserve.

What are the trails like?

They were planned to follow the spaces animals themselves use to move through the forest, which improves the odds of a sighting. The gallery forest of the Corrego Gloria has notably rich fauna, showing traces of Atlantic forest despite sitting within the Cerrado, and both common and genuinely rare animals turn up there.

Who does the inn suit?

It was created for people who like to sit and watch nature: birdwatchers, wildlife observers, environmental educators and anyone wanting to step away from city life. Rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is a rustic one with a wood-burning stove turning out typical home-cooked regional food.
