Our ready-made itineraries start at US$3,500 per person. Tailor-made safaris start at approximately US$1,100 to US$1,300 per person per day, and rise with the camps, the season and the amount of flying involved. Every price we quote is in US dollars, per person. Our destination comparison table lists a starting price for each country, and our sample itineraries are costed.

No. We will tell you what each country currently requires and point you to the official government portal, and we will suggest you see a travel clinic about vaccinations and malaria prophylaxis — but we do not apply for visas or administer or prescribe anything on your behalf. For peak season — the Great Migration river crossings, the Okavango flood, gorilla permits — nine to twelve months ahead is sensible, because the best camps are small and sell out. Outside those windows, three to six months is usually enough. If your dates are closer than that, write anyway; we can often still find space.
