Each of the twenty-one canvas and thatch rooms has a flat rooftop designed for sleep-outs under the exceptionally clear Namibian sky. It is one of the simplest pleasures here and needs no extra arrangement beyond letting the camp know.

It does. The lodge has a down-to-earth, convivial feel that suits groups, families and self-drive guests, and two of the rooms are family units. Children of all ages are accommodated and join activities with other guests; walking starts at thirteen, and ballooning requires a minimum height of 1.3 metres.

- Children of all ages are accommodated and partake in activities with all other guests.
- Children up to 16 years must share with an adult/s in the same room.
- The minimum age for walking activities is 13 years. While there is no age limitation for the hot air ballooning, there is a restriction on height. Children need to be a minimum of 1.3 metres to comfortably see over the basket.
