Alongside it are an impressive lounge, an air-conditioned dining room, a historic bar and a large wooden safari deck shaded by a jackalberry tree, from which the animal life at the river's edge can be watched.
How do rates work?
Luxury Suites are ZAR 27,600 per person per night for the whole of 2026, with seasonal pricing returning in 2027. The rate includes all meals, all beverages except select premium wines and French champagne, twice-daily game drives in open vehicles, guided safari walks, land transfers to the MalaMala airstrip and between collection lodges, laundry and WiFi where available.
