Located on the banks of the Limpopo River, Kolokolo is a luxurious, newly renovated Colonial-style exclusive use safari home. Kolokolo is situated in the Pitsani area of the Northern Tuli Game Reserve, traversing in excess of 12 000 hectares, operated and managed by Mashatu Game Reserve. It is an ideal spot for a group of friends or family to enjoy the best of two worlds – exciting game reserve and having the privacy of a luxury bush stay. This single storey homestead lies elegantly upon a far-reaching garden that spans to the banks of the Limpopo River. It boasts four double bedrooms all with en-suites. Two bedrooms are on either side of a large communal area with lounge space and a dining table. A beautiful fireplace is the central feature of this room. Stacking doors lead you out of this communal area onto a wrap-around veranda. Here you will find plenty of shady space for relaxing or dining outdoors.

The beautifully landscaped garden has a lovely space set aside for as a braai area where you can comfortably eat outside, ideal for balmy evenings. Listen out for the Pel’s fishing owl! The reservoir swimming pool provides the perfect spot to cool off and watch the comings and goings around the river. A game viewing vehicle, guide and tracker, will be there to provide morning and evening drives and allow you to experience this beautiful and extensive area of the reserve. Kolokolo is powered entirely by solar energy – greatly enhancing the low-impact credentials of this special property.
