Here, close to the rim of the largest extinct volcano in the world, the simple meets the sublime. Just 10 impeccable, uncomplicated tents give easy access to the great caldera that is home to thousands of animals, including all of the Big Five – among them, the largest of the remaining bull tusker elephants in Africa.
