Frequently Asked Questions
What do I have to book to get free flights to the Masai Mara with andBeyond?
The Fly Me to the Mara offer runs 1 to 10 January 2027 and requires either four nights at Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp or three nights at Bateleur Camp. Return light aircraft flights between Wilson Airport and the Masai Mara National Reserve are then included. It is limited to full-paying adults on a one to three night rate, excludes airport taxes, and needs a minimum of two guests.
Does the andBeyond honeymoon rate stack with the long stay rates?
No. The honeymoon offer, which gives one partner 50 per cent off accommodation for the whole stay, may not be combined with other offers or long stay rates. It needs a minimum two-night stay, excludes family tents, is priced off the one to three night rate, and is valid for travel within six months of your wedding date.
Which birthdays and anniversaries qualify for the 20 per cent milestone discount?
andBeyond lists birthdays of 18, 21, 30, 40, 50 and 60 years, and wedding anniversaries of 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50 and 60 years. You can travel up to six months before or after the date, with identification or a marriage certificate as proof. The discount applies only to the room the milestone guests occupy.
When is the free fourth night available at Kichwa Tembo?
The stay four, pay three offer at Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp runs from 1 November to 20 December 2026. All four nights must be spent at that camp, it applies to all room types, and the free night is taken as the last night. Long stay rates and other offers cannot be applied to those same four nights, though extra nights either side can carry them.
