Kwando Safaris Special Offers 2026 - 2027
Six Kwando camps span the Okavango Delta, the Linyanti concessions, Nxai Pan and the Central Kalahari, and the offers attached to them are season dependent. Long stay reductions need six nights or more at one camp or across several, and apply in Flood and Secret season only. Honeymooners get 50 percent off one adult's accommodation year round, repeat guests take 5 percent, and the 5 Rivers rate runs 1 December 2026 to 15 April 2027. REPEAT KWANDO GUEST SPECIAL

• 5% discount on accommodation – only for the guests who have stayed before (not applicable for new travellers in the same booking with repeat guests). The camps and date of stay need to be provided for verification purposes.
LONG STAY DISCOUNTS
- January 1, 2026 till December 22, 2026
• We encourage longer-stay travel by giving a discount for stays of 6 nights of more in total at a single camp or combined camps throughout the Flood season and Secret season.
• For stays of 6 or 7 nights, please use the rates for 6-7 night column.
• The Long Stay discounts are not available in Green Season or with 5 Rivers rates.
• Nights at Chobe Safari Lodge, Chobe Bush Lodge, Nata Lodge do not count towards the accumulation of nights.
HONEYMOON SPECIAL
- January 1, 2026 till December 22, 2026
- For honeymoon couples travelling within one year of getting married, one adult qualifies for a 50% discount (accommodation only) across all camps at any time of year. The couple will also receive a wedding gift at their first camp and have a private dinner at any camp during their stay (agreed with agent ahead of time).
- The Honeymoon Special cannot be combined with 5 Rivers Rates or any other discounts or specials.
- A wedding certificate or alternative proof by agreement must be sent before travel.
SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS WAIVER
- January 1, 2026 till December 22, 2026
Single Supplements are waived when:
• A camp is booked for Exclusive Use (please contact Reservations for pricing)
• During Secret Season, Green Season, or 5 Rivers Season, the Single Supplement can be waived for a maximum 2 single guest rooms/tents. Any additional single clients will pay the single supplement rate.
• Flood Season: Single supplement chargeable to all guest rooms/tents.

In which seasons does the Kwando long stay discount actually apply?
Flood season and Secret season only. You need six nights or more in total, at a single camp or across several, and stays of six or seven nights use the six to seven night rate column. It is not available in Green Season or with 5 Rivers rates, and nights at Chobe Safari Lodge, Chobe Bush Lodge or Nata Lodge do not count.
How does the Kwando honeymoon discount work across the camps?
Couples travelling within one year of getting married receive 50 percent off accommodation for one adult, at any camp, at any time of year. There is also a wedding gift at the first camp and a private dinner at a camp of your choice, agreed in advance. A wedding certificate is required before travel.
Will I pay a single supplement travelling alone in Botswana?
Not always. Kwando waives it on exclusive use bookings, and during Secret Season, Green Season or 5 Rivers Season it is waived for a maximum of two single rooms or tents. Any additional single guests pay the supplement, and throughout Flood Season it is chargeable on all guest rooms and tents.
What does the 5 Rivers rate include?
Accommodation, meals, scheduled game activities, drinks, laundry and park fees where applicable. It runs from 1 December 2026 to 15 April 2027. It cannot be paired with the long stay reduction or the honeymoon discount, so Chalo Africa compares the 5 Rivers rate against the alternatives for your dates before quoting.
