Roho Ya Selous sits on a small peninsula that offers stunning views of Lake Nzerakera and is in the heart of Nyerere National Park‘s core game viewing area. This area, previously known as the Selous Game Reserve, is one of the largest protected spaces in Africa and is home to a significant population of wild dog. Providing a comfortable home-like experience just a short distance from a palm-fringed tributary of Tanzania’s Rufiji River, where boating and walking adventures add additional layers of excitement to this classic safari experience. The area is teeming with incredible wildlife, such as lion, elephant, giraffe, and more.
