Discover Rwanda
Rwanda is a land of dramatic green hills, volcanic peaks and extraordinary primates. Its crowning experience is tracking mountain gorillas through the bamboo forests of Volcanoes National Park — one of wildlife travel’s most profound encounters.
Beyond the gorillas, Rwanda offers Big Five game drives in Akagera, chimpanzee trekking, and serene days on the shores of Lake Kivu. Compact, safe and welcoming, it packs remarkable diversity into a small, beautiful country.

When to visit Rwanda
The dry seasons — June to September and December to February — offer the easiest gorilla trekking, with firmer trails and clearer skies. The wetter months bring lush scenery and fewer visitors.
