Frequently Asked Questions
Does the stay four, pay three apply at Mnemba Island as well?
No, Mnemba Island is specifically excluded. The mainland offer runs from 1 November to 20 December 2026, all four nights must be spent at the same lodge, every room type qualifies, and the free night is the last one. Mnemba instead has a stay ten, pay eight, with the two free nights applied at the end of the stay.
What do I get for two nights at Lake Manyara Tree Lodge?
Guests staying two nights or more receive either a complimentary night game drive or a scenic bicycle ride exploring Lake Manyara, one per stay. Unusually for this collection, it may be combined with other offers and with long stay rates, so it can sit on top of whatever else you have booked. The window closes on 10 January 2027.
How many lodges do I need to book for flights to be included?
The East Africa flight package requires six nights at andBeyond's Tanzanian or Kenyan lodges, using a minimum of two and a maximum of four lodges. Mnemba Island and Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp are excluded, and the package cannot be combined with other offers or long stay rates. Package rates rather than nightly rates apply, quoted on enquiry.
Can honeymooners use the 50 per cent offer in a family tent?
No. The honeymoon offer excludes family suites, family cottages and family tents. One partner pays the full rate and the other pays half the accommodation rate for the whole stay, calculated on the one to three night rate, with a two-night minimum and travel within six months of the marriage. It cannot be combined with other offers.
