There are ten river-facing suites, one of which is configured for families. All have open interiors, organic textures and private plunge pools. The lodge curves around a bend in the river, and hippos from the pool below are frequent visitors around camp.
Is there anything here you would not see elsewhere in the Serengeti?
This is the only area in Tanzania where black and white colobus monkeys can be seen, and the topi migration also passes through. Large lion prides, leopard, cheetah, a big hyena population, buffalo and elephant herds round out the picture. Low season rates start from US$1,310 per person per night.
