Here, the traditions of an African bushcamp meet elegance and style and create a stunning camp that feels as if it has grown organically from the surrounds. At the heart is the lounge area, shaded by a huge mahogany tree and overlooking a waterhole. The four thatched rooms are raised on stilts. The rich, wood interiors echo the trees and the furniture is hand-carved by local artisans. After an early morning game drive, head back to your room for a refreshing, open-air waterfall shower, or continue the wildlife spectacle from your private deck.

Bilimungwe has three permanent waterholes, and the lounge, shaded by a huge mahogany tree, looks directly over one of them. Guests often spend the middle of the day in a chair watching what comes down to drink, which is the local version of television.

Bilimungwe Bushcamp rates include: Rates are per person per night sharing and include accommodation, all meals, shared road transfers to/from Mfuwe Airport and between camps, shared safari activities, and all bar aside from premium wine, tea and coffee, service charge, laundry, 16% VAT and service charge.

Child Policy
- Children of 12 years and older are welcome
- As children under 12 years of age are not allowed to go on walking safaris in the Park, families travelling with children aged 11 years and below will need to reserve the entire camp on a private basis and also hire a Private Guide & Vehicle for the duration of their stay at any of our Bushcamps. This enables the adults to go on walking safaris while the younger children can go on game drives with the guide in the extra vehicle
