Where can the vehicles traverse?
This is the only lodge with traversing rights on both the Timbavati and the Klaserie reserves, which widens the ground available on a drive. It also sits within the White Lion's territory, and has become one of the most frequented lodges in the Timbavati.
Can children stay?
Only children of 12 years and older can be accommodated. There are no family suites, though a foldaway bed can be provided if a child is sharing with their parents, so it works best for couples and families with teenagers.
What is covered by the rate?
Two game drives a day, bush walks, the hide, all meals, tea and coffee, house wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks, the gym and laundry. Curio shop purchases, the spa, transfers and day excursions, a private safari vehicle, gratuities, cellar wines and champagne are excluded. Rates are ZAR 17,500 per person per night for 2026.
