What are the rooms, and can three share?

There are eight private suites, two of which have Indian day beds and can be used as triples. The lodge sits on the edge of a plateau in the Chobe Forest Reserve, so the suites look out over the seasonal Chobe floodplain and the sunsets that come with it.

What is the policy on children?

No children under 10 are accepted. Those aged 10 and 11 pay 50 per cent of the adult rate, and from 12 the full adult rate applies. It is worth factoring in if you are travelling as a family and comparing Chobe options.

What is not covered by the rate?

The rate is fully inclusive of meals, laundry, lodge activities, return vehicle transfers from Kasane, drinks other than imports and premium brands, taxes, levies and park fees. Excluded are premium imported drinks, flights, internal transfers, insurance, visas, tips and a conservation and community levy of US$30 per person per night.
