Simbambili Game Lodge is located in the northern part of the world-famous Sabi Sand Game Reserve in the Greater Kruger Park, an area renowned for its game viewing and prolific leopard sightings.

Set amongst the old Knobthorns and Jackalberries, Simbambili offers sophisticated safari accommodation that echoes its unspoilt landscape. The lodge overlooks a waterhole so you’d be hard pressed to leave when you can watch a herd of elephants come down to drink or warthogs playing in the mud.

One of the secrets to Simbambili’s success is that managers and gracious hosts Mike and Tania have been here for more than 10 years. They manage a team who are loved for their warm, friendly approach and personal attention to detail.

The lodge has seven stylish suites and each one has a private deck, plunge pool and shaded Sala bed. The Honeymoon and Waterhole suites are located on the far sides of the camp’s main area and are more spacious and private for couples and newlyweds.

The food is fresh and delicious, and made with fresh ingredients from the Thornybush Community Garden and our local suppliers. Menus vary from à la carte dining to boma barbecues, and we’ll treat you to a leisurely bush breakfast and dinner.
