"Excellent first safari experience"

Tom and his team were great from the moment we started organising the trip, his recommendations on how to structure the trip and camps were on point! We had an excellent trip, it was very well organised and everything ran seamlessly from the moment we landed at the airport, having an airside on-arrival greet service was a very nice touch. The Chalo team is very helpful with setting up a pre-call and answering our questions before our trip and during our trip we could always reach out to them via WhatsApp as well. As recommended by Tom, we absolutely loved our experience and service at Alex Walker Serengeti. The camp’s location was also great, with limited other camps on the Alex Walker side of the river, we were often the only few jeeps around! The highlight of our trip was our guides at each camp, all very knowledgeable, good humored and friendly.
