Khulu Bush Camp, Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe
A Tented Camp in Zimbabwe
Camp Details
At Khulu Bush Camp, elephants are often the main event. The camp’s famous elephant pool draws as many as 150 elephants during lunchtime and into the evening, offering an up-close wildlife experience few other places can match.
Set on a private concession bordering Hwange National Park, Khulu is a classic bush camp with canvas and thatch rooms and the freedom of an unfenced setting where wildlife frequently moves through camp. Lions, buffalo, and other animals are often spotted right from your room or the main deck.
Each of the nine rooms includes both indoor and outdoor showers, a stocked minibar, and coffee station. Two honeymoon suites have the added luxury of a freestanding bathtub. Guests can cool off in the pool, enjoy drinks by the campfire, or spend time in the hide near the waterhole. Khulu Bush Camp is a relaxed, down-to-earth base for big game, big skies, and unforgettable sightings.
