How often does the camp move?
It follows the herds through three major stages of the Great Migration each year, occupying three different sites. That is what allows it to stay close to the action rather than driving long distances to reach it, and it shapes when each location is worth booking.
The camp is open to nature. Is that safe?
The structure is entirely open, which is central to the experience. Security is provided by Maasai staff for whom the environment and the behaviour of the wildlife hold no secrets, and they accompany guests around camp. Children aged five and above are welcome.
What do the rates cover?
Tented Suites start from US$1,094 per person per night, rising in July, August and over the Christmas and New Year period. Inclusions are not published for this camp, so please ask us and we will confirm exactly what is covered before you book.
