The Retreats at Sayari Camp offer elevated exclusivity and flexibility, creating stylish and personal spaces for families and groups of friends travelling together.
Offering two Retreats, each Retreat comprises two en suite bedrooms, a lounge and dining area, and an expansive veranda leading to a secluded and private firepit. Between the two Retreats is a shared pool area, and a larger lounge and dining room for use when one group is occupying both Retreats. Each Retreat features a host, dedicated chef, private safari vehicle and knowledgeable guide, allowing complete flexibility to each day. Specialized photographic vehicles at both locations are available to avid enthusiasts, offering 360° views and low angle options of wildlife and landscapes, ensuring you capture the perfect and most memorable moments.

What exactly do you get with a Retreat?
Each of the two Retreats has two en suite bedrooms, a lounge and dining area, and a wide veranda leading to a private firepit. A host, dedicated chef, private safari vehicle and guide come with it, so the day runs to your timing. Rates are per house, from US$3,580.
Can a larger group take both Retreats?
Yes. The two Retreats share a pool area, and there is a larger lounge and dining room for use when one group occupies both, which makes it workable for an extended family or a group of friends. Children aged five and above are welcome.
Is it a good base for photography and the crossings?
It is set in the northern Serengeti close to the Mara River, within reach of the wildebeest crossings. Specialised photographic vehicles are available at both locations, offering 360-degree views and low-angle options. Walking safaris are included between 1 June and 15 January, with transfers from Kogatende.
