The award-winning villa borders the latest addition to the ‘7 Wonders of the World’, the Maasai Mara and Serengeti game reserves. The Bush Villa provides a luxury private stay option for up to 12 guests and comes complete with its’ own private 25 meter swimming pool. Yes, a private 25-metre swimming pool, which is unusual in the Mara. Cottar is one of the only small luxury properties in the area with two pools, one at the main camp and this one at the villa. The villa won Africa Leading Luxury Private Villa at the World Travel Awards.
