The house is from US$11,000 per night from 5 January to 1 June and 1 September to 19 December, US$11,125 from 2 June to 31 August and US$12,225 over the festive period. Rates cover full board, soft drinks, local beers, wines and spirits, laundry, Ngerende airstrip transfers and statutory taxes.

Jamani House rates include – Full board accommodation, soft drinks, local beers, wines and spirits, laundry, airstrip transfers (Ngerende airstrip) and statutory taxes.
Rates exclude – Champagne, premium spirits, cellar wines, all extra activities payable direct. Any other park or access fee for conservancies and the Masai Mara National Reserve outside of those catered for under activities included. Hot-air balloons, Rhino Sanctuary entrance fees, visit to the Mara Elephant Project, tips and donations.
