Kenya Camps & Lodges
Entim Private Camp, Masai Mara, Kenya
A Private Camp, Villa or Lodge in Kenya
Camp Details
Entim Private Wing is an exclusive feature of the main camp, where couples and small groups can enjoy a secluded wildlife experience.
If you want something a bit more secluded, either for a romantic occasion or to book out for exclusive use for an intimate family holiday or getaway with friends, this is for you. The tents overlook a small spring surrounded by trees and are only 100 metres from the Mara River crossing. There are only eight tents accommodating a maximum of 16 guests at a time.
WHY CHOOSE ENTIM PRIVATE CAMP?
- The experience at Entim is not your average hotel or lodge experience: it’s about being right in the hub of one of the most famous wildlife reserves in the world and part of a quintessential Kenya Safari Experience.
- The camp has been designed to give guests the feel that it is part of the landscape.
- Enjoy the experience of eating meals while watching the animals move to and from the river to drink and forage for their food.
Questions about Entim Private
How does the Private Camp differ from the main Entim?
It is a separate wing of eight tents taking a maximum of 16 guests, more secluded than the main camp. The tents look over a small spring surrounded by trees rather than straight down the river, though the Mara River crossing is only 100 metres away.
Can we book it exclusively?
Yes, that is what most people use it for, either as a private wing for a romantic occasion or booked out entirely for a family holiday or a group of friends. Rates start from around US$540 per person per night, and we will confirm inclusions and the exclusive-use rate when we quote.
What is the atmosphere like?
Less hotel, more camp. It sits in the hub of one of the world's best-known reserves, built to feel part of the landscape, and meals are taken watching animals come and go from the water. If you want quiet in a busy part of the Mara, this is the reason to choose it.
