Ubuntu Migration Camp offers ten canvas safari tents, including a family tent. Mesh side panels provide natural light during the day, while comfortable beds ensure a good night’s sleep. Ubuntu has the best migration camp locations in northern and southern Serengeti. From June to mid-November, Ubuntu Camp sits on the Lamai Wedge in the north, where there are fewer camps and vehicles, perfectly positioned for photographers on safari looking to capture those first dramatic river crossings. From mid-December to mid-March, Ubuntu Camp is stationed in Kusini in the southern Serengeti. Positioned on a hillside, overlooking the expansive wildebeest-filled plains, the location provides access to a broader area of the migrating herds and the opportunity to go where the action is. This is also excellent cat territory, resulting in frequent action as predators identify and stalk vulnerable newborns across the plains.
