Etosha National Park, Namibia

Etosha can be translated as the ‘Place of Mirages’, ‘Land of Dry Water’ or the ‘Great White Place’. Spread over 22 750 km² Etosha National Park is one of the easiest, safest and most rewarding big game destinations in Southern Africa. The park’s main characteristics are areas of open, grassy woodland and thick scrub, studded with waterholes.
