Elewana's live offer for 2026 rewards guests who have stayed before: 5 per cent off accommodation rates, applied on top of any other special offer running at the time, plus 20 per cent off spa treatments where a spa exists. It reaches across the collection's fourteen camps and lodges in Kenya and Tanzania and runs to 22 December 2026. A separate stay four, pay three closed at the end of May 2026. How much do returning guests save with Elewana?
Returning guests receive 5 per cent off the accommodation rate, and the terms state it applies on top of any other special offer rather than instead of one. Spa treatments carry a separate 20 per cent reduction. The offer is valid from 1 January to 22 December 2026 and does not apply to East African resident rates.
Which Elewana properties can I use the spa discount at?
The 20 per cent applies at properties with a spa, and the terms note that spa services are not available in the Masai Mara or the Serengeti. That rules out Sand River, Elephant Pepper Camp, Serengeti Pioneer Camp and Serengeti Migration Camp for the spa element, though the accommodation discount still applies at those camps.
Is the pay three, stay four offer still available?
No, it has been discontinued. It ran for travel between 1 November 2025 and 31 May 2026 at a named list of properties including Elsa's Kopje, Sand River, Tarangire Treetops and Kilindi Zanzibar, and was combinable only with the returning guest offer. Chalo Africa can check whether a replacement has since been released.
Does the discount apply to East African resident rates?
No. Both the returning guest reduction and the earlier free-night offer exclude resident rates, so the discount is calculated against the standard international rate instead. For travellers booking from India, the USA or the UAE this makes no practical difference, since resident rates would not have applied in the first place.
