The star beds are poised on a rocky kopje with sweeping views over an undulating valley and a permanent waterhole that resident wildlife visit regularly. Loisaba is home to elephant, a healthy lion population and the rare wild dog, and has its own anti-poaching team with two sniffer dogs.

Children of all ages are warmly welcome. Full board rates start from US$494 per person per night and include all meals, soft drinks, beer, house wines and selected spirits, teas, coffees and refreshments on the property, and laundry, with champagne and premium spirits excluded.
