An extension of Lewa Wilderness, Private Wilderness offers an exclusive safari experience on Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. Set along a tranquil valley of the Eastern Marania River, the five bedroom exclusive use house accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, catered to by a full team of chefs and housekeepers whilst enjoying access to all safari experiences offered to guests of Lewa Wilderness, along with exclusive use of two safari vehicles and private guides for the duration of their safari.

What activities come with the house?
An unusually long list. Day and night game drives, guided walks, horse riding, camel walks, pre-historic site visits, community crafts with visits to selected villages and schools, a Wilderness Farmhouse Lunch and a visit to Lewa Wildlife Conservancy HQ for educational talks are all included, along with laundry, Wi-Fi and local taxes.
Do we share vehicles or guides with anyone?
No. The house comes with exclusive use of two safari vehicles and private guides for the duration of your stay, and those vehicles also handle your airstrip transfers to and from Lewa Downs. A full team of chefs and housekeepers looks after the house while you are there.
How many people does it take, and are children welcome?
The five-bedroom house sleeps a maximum of ten guests and is only let on an exclusive-use basis. Children aged six and older are welcome. It sits along a quiet valley of the Eastern Marania River on Lewa Wildlife Conservancy. Rates are from US$8,930 per house per night, rising to US$11,060 in peak and festive periods.
